The jacket that's been brushing off rain for 90 years
This jacket is inspired by a golf jacket invented in Manchester in 1937 to make whacking a ball around a field in the North of England more comfortable.
Sturdy, practical, water-repellent, it went on to build a worldwide reputation and came to be known as the "Harrington jacket" thanks to Rodney Harrington, a fictional character in the American sitcom Peyton Place.
Several decades on, we set ourselves the very real challenge of reinterpreting this icon in a naturally water-repellent Ventile® cotton fabric.

Mark your diaries: the Ventile® Jacket will be up for preorder from Tuesday, priced at €259.
If it's caught your eye, we'd recommend signing up for a notification so you don't miss the launch. You'll get a heads-up a full hour before general release.
As always: first to preorder, first for delivery — starting late July.
If you miss the preorder, you might find it in a Stock Sale, but for €339.
See you Tuesday?
