Textured Shirt Care Guide
There are shirts you couldn't care less about. This isn't one of them.
If you're here, it's because you've invested wisely and you want to look after your new companion. We respect that. Big round of applause.
Without further ado, here are our tips and tricks for taking care of the Textured Shirt.

Step 1: washing
Nothing complicated here — you can wash your shirt in the machine on a delicate cycle at 30°C.
If you want to be extra careful, invest in a mesh laundry bag to cut down on friction during the cycle.
As for the spin, For the spin, keep it to 800 rpm max. Any faster and it might come out a bit dizzy — and it won't be shy about letting you know.

Step 2: drying
Here, we must insist: give the tumble dryer a wide berth. It's bad for the fibres, bad for the planet, and bad for your wallet — so best to just write it off entirely.
Once it's out of the drum, let it hang peacefully on a hanger — it'll smooth itself out as it dries and look impeccable in just a few hours. Ideally, do this in a well-ventilated spot away from direct sunlight (to avoid long-term fading and all that).
Not to be bossy, but a wooden hanger is the way to go. Your shirt will thank you.

Step 3: ironing
Some people skip it, some don't. We're not taking sides.
An ironing board, an iron at 110°C on a cotton setting, and a layer of fabric between your shirt and the soleplate — that's all you need to get it looking crisp and proper.
To make life easier, you can lightly dampen it with a spray bottle beforehand. Friendly tip.

Squeaky clean
Since 1 January 2024, the AGEC law requires all textile brands to be transparent about what goes into their products so we can all have a much better idea of exactly what we're buying. We didn't wait for the legislation to do this, we actually lobbied for it, and we think it's an important step in the right direction to change the way our industry works. So here are a few extra details about your Textured Shirt:
- It's 100% recyclable. If your time together comes to an end, know that it can be fully recycled. That said, we'd suggest thinking about giving it away before recycling as the longer it's worn, the lower its impact.
- It doesn't contain plastic microfibres. Unlike a lot of clothing that sheds microplastics in the wash, they've been designed to minimise their environmental impact. Plastic microfibres are tiny particles that wreak havoc on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.
- It doesn't contain hazardous substances. It respects strict European standards aimed at eliminating harmful substances and chemical treatments for you, the environment, and the people who make it.
- It doesn't contain recycled materials. Sometimes we manage to incorporate recycled materials to further reduce the impact of our clothes. Unfortunately that wasn't possible with this one.
