The best of both worlds

We could have made a 100% cotton t-shirt. Soft, sure — but cool in a heatwave, not the best. We could have gone 100% linen, too. Breathable, yes, but a bit scratchy for the first few wears, and will always look slightly crumpled.

So we took both. 70% cotton for softness and structure, 30% linen for freshness and sweat absorption. The whole thing’s knitted in a jersey that's 30% lighter than our Ultimate T-shirt, with zero compromise on durability.

The combed yarn gives a smooth feel and a clean surface, and the tightly knitted jersey ensures a tee that's breathable but never see-through. You get the comfort of cotton with the thermal properties of linen — a fabric you'll want to live in from June to September.

Organic cotton and European linen

Our cotton is certified organic — grown without synthetic pesticides, without GMOs, under working conditions that are monitored at every stage. A fibre that's healthier, softer to the touch, and ages far better than conventional cotton because it hasn't been damaged during production.

On the linen side, we went with European Flax certification. The flax’s grown and harvested in Europe, also GMO-free, with no artificial irrigation — just rainwater. It's a fibre that asks for very little and gives back a lot: thermoregulating, hardwearing, and naturally lightweight. Nature's pretty ace when you think about it.

9/10 for comfort, and that's no fluke…

On the previous version, our customers gave it a cracking average of 8.4/10, including an exceptional 9.0/10 for comfort.

In practical terms, this means:

• The collar features a triple-layer construction and double topstitching: it won't buckle, it won't lose its shape, even after dozens of washes.
• The seams at the hem and sleeves are double-stitched to handle everyday wear.
• The colours are pre-washed: what you see at preorder is what you'll get in six weeks, six months, six years.
