These Boots aren’t afraid of commitment—here’s why:

• EVA foam under the insole: we’ve added it here so every step feels like strolling on a cloud. You could spend all day on your feet—no worries.
• Goodyear welt construction: developed for - you guessed it - the military back in the day, to keep soldiers’ feet warm and dry and on the move for years. Most importantly, they can be resoled over and over again—meaning they’re built to last, and last, and last.
• European leathers: premium hides, sourced from Portugal or Spain. The tricky bit? Deciding whether to opt for the oiled, grained, or suede finish. Each one is packed full of character and will age in its own way. But here’s the good news: you can’t go wrong - they all look better and better with age.

Three leathers, three schools of thought

• Olive Waxed Leather: a soft, peachy feel that develops an incredible patina the more you wear them.
• Chestnut grained leather: texture with character - it wears its scars with pride, and develops a rich patina over time. The kind of trusty old battleship that cruises through the years without a hitch.
• Camel Suede: you’re looking at a fancy bit of suede here—one that’s going to demand a bit more TLC. Waterproofing spray’s a must, but if you look after it right, it’ll stay buttery soft for years and years.

The CVs of all three read pretty well. Comfy? Yep. Built to last? Of course. Damn good looking? You have eyes, right? All that’s left to do is pick your colour. The choice is yours.

You’ve got within your grasp a pair of boots that’ll see you through the decades. All you need to do is pick a sole:

• Chunky treaded rubber sole: If you want maximum grip whatever the surface, this is the one. Made from tough Portuguese rubber that shows up every time.
• Leather sole + chunky rubber: Something a bit more versatile, a bit more polished. They can be worn with absolutely anything and always deliver bucket loads of style and grip. Best of both worlds, really.
