THE SWIMWEAR UPGRADE: SPLISH SPLASH SPLOSH WITH STYLE

It's that time again— our Swimming Trunks signal the imminent return of good times in the sun, with three fresh hues and a slightly wider thigh cut for enhanced comfort. Plus, it's still boasting those eco-friendly credentials with recycled polyester fabric and mesh. And here's the kicker: 70% of the outer fabric is SEAQUAL-certified recycled polyester, so about 10% of it comes from ocean plastics.

Remember when you shared your swimwear woes with us? Well, you weren't alone. From dodgy cuts to perma-wet fabrics, we've heard it all. So we went to work on those issues, and we'll let you be the judge of the results.

You know a bad cut when you see one. That's why getting the fit right has always been our top priority. And since you loved the cut of our previous Swimming Trunks, we've kept things pretty much the same: Not too snug, not too loose—now with a just tad more room across the thighs.

We've also ensured a snug fit for all body types, thanks to a sturdy elastic waistband and a stylish off-white drawstring.

You’d be forgiven for thinking that selecting a swimsuit elastic would be straightforward, but getting it just right was no easy feat. We had to strike the perfect balance between flexibility and durability to ensure a comfortable fit that will last for years to come.

You're at the beach and it’s baking hot. You’ve just topped up the parking and rewarded yourself with a refreshing dip only to spend the next two hours squelching about. Not ideal to say the least.

To fight back from the tyranny of the wet swimming trunks, we opted for synthetic fibres which retain less water than natural ones. 100% recycled polyester of course, to minimise the environmental impact.

We also applied a water-repellent finish to speed us the drying further. Thirty minutes and you’re good to go.

Why expose yourself to an itchy mesh? In this day and age, there’s no place for it. So, we fine-tuned ours with the Portuguese experts Lemar to ensure maximum comfort. Plus, we widened it tad for added ease. Supportive without being itchy.

Oh, and Lemar crafted the material from recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles. This GRS-certified feat means your Swimming Trunks follow strict environmental and social standards.

We didn’t put so much effort into making quality Swimming Trunks for them to fall apart come September. All seams are triple topstitched so they’re not going anywhere.

We've also added a metal cord stop to prevent fraying and bartacked all the stress points for extra durability.

They also come with three pockets: two on the sides and one Velcro-closing on the back right. Perfect for keys and little ice cream napkins. Plus, we've added a drainage buttonhole for swift water evacuation.

The Paisley Red and Green Arizona prints are back by popular demand, and we’ve added a blue palm beach print, a green-blue stripe and a solid dark green and red. Established faves and bold new choices just like you asked.

Thanks as always to all your valuable feedback. We’ve managed to improve these over the years to a point where we can’t really see how else we can really. The Swimming Trunks take you from the beach, sea, pool, pond, lake, to pootling around town, BBQs, rosé wine and even burnt sausages.
