When we asked you to tell us what you want, what you really really want, the second most requested item was what we are about to present. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you’re on the lookout for something old-fashioned with a fiddly fit made out of a scratchy wool.

Built to Last

Made in 100% wool sourced from Suedwolle in Italy, this jacket is as hard-wearing as it is stylish. It’s knitted in our tried and tested Milano Stitch (nod to the Perfect Jumper), which limits bobbling and provides extra structure so it doesn’t lose its shape. It’ll stay looking fresh for years to come and the generous collar will keep the cold out.

Awkward Avoidance

Rollercoaster weather requires lightning reactions. The ditherer is confined to a clammy future and a lifetime of chills. Luckily, The Wool Zipped Jacket is equipped with a nickel-plated double-ended zip so thermal adjustments can be made at the slightest variance. It also just looks good.

Mindwoolness

You’ve probably heard this before but the key to keeping your cool is all in the breathing. Just like humans, jackets need to breathe too or they overheat. There’s only one material with the credentials to successfully facedown the awkward season: wool. And we’re not just talking about any old wool, but a characterful one from Uruguay and Chile. This means that it’s both rugged (i.e. can take a beating), warm and soft (not like hugging a Brillo pad) and matte (no dodgy shiny finishes here).

You may find it at a later date in one of our stock sale but the price will then jump to 169€ to cover additional inventory costs.
