Big problems, big fixes
You can’t have missed it: of late, deliveries have been a bit of a faff. We won’t rub it in, but between production issues and shipping delays, we know your patience has been seriously tested.

Little Jimmy’s all grown up
Right. These delivery hiccups do at least mean one good thing: more and more of you believe in our model, wear our clothes, and stick with us.
As a result, we’re growing at full tilt. And that’s genuinely good to see.
So let’s be clear: the bottleneck was volume. Nothing to do with motivation, standards, or how seriously we take what we’re doing. Our logistics capacity simply didn’t grow at the same pace as demand.
By our very scientific calculations, our volumes jumped by 50% in barely two years. We went from around 800 parcels a day to more than 1,200. Not to mention those daily spikes where we have to get over 3,000 parcels out in one go. Clearly, we can learn a lot from Father Christmas.
After 9 years, we hit a key marker in our journey. Asphalte changed scale. And if we wanted to keep providing you a good customer experience, we needed to move through the gears.

Shifting through
This is a new horizon, plain and simple. We decided to change logistics providers. From now on, Logtex will be handling all our shipments.
They’ll whisper sweet nothings, stick their name on your parcels, and they’ll handle any exchanges. So we might as well do introductions now:
- They check stock faster than their own shadow. So we save a huge amount of time between receiving, checking, sorting, and shipping preorders. In plain English: we’ve halved the time a parcel spends with our logistics provider. It used to be around 10 days. It’s now 5. Less time in the warehouse means faster delivery for you. Simple as.
- They can handle the busy spikes. When preorders take off, or you finally wake up to Christmas, they have the capacity and know-how to handle the heavier periods. In short: they keep up, whatever happens.
- With them, our logistics capacity has never been this hefty. Where we used to struggle to get past 2,000 orders shipped per day, we can now sit at around 3,500 a day as a steady cruising speed. It’s like day and night.
We’re genuinely excited about what’s next. We’ve got solid foundations for the months and years ahead, and everything is in place to stop logistics-related delays.
Action, reaction
Put simply: the more we grow, the better we get.
And our goal is the same as it’s always been: to deliver an experience that’s as smooth as possible, and let our product - and you - do the talking.
We move forward. We learn. We adapt. And we do things at 1,000%, with the aim of changing the way the fashion works and living up to the trust you place in us.
