V-Neck Jumper Care Guide

Your V-Neck Jumper is built to last, but like everything good and made from wool, you need to look after it.

A jumper that breathes

The merino wool used in your V-Neck Jumper is an incredible material. It's naturally antibacterial and doesn't hold on to odours, meaning you don’t need to wash it too often (every 6 to 7 wears). Just air it out regularly, a few hours over a chair, and it'll be fresh as a daisy.

A gentle wash

We advise washing it by hand in lukewarm water (max 40°C). Side-step the washing machine, just this once. No wringing, no rough handling — it's done nothing to deserve that. Instead, gently press your jumper into a clean towel to remove excess water.

Dry flat, always

The tumble dryer? Absolutely not. The clothes hanger? Even worse. After washing, leave your jumper to air-dry flat, out of direct sunlight. Yes, we know, it's a slower process, but your jumper will thank you for it.

No need to iron, your jumper really doesn't need it.

Your jumper and the planet.

Since 1 January 2024, the AGEC law requires all textile brands to be transparent about what goes into their products so we can all have a much better idea of exactly what we're buying. We didn't wait for the legislation to do this, we actually lobbied for it, and we think it's an important step in the right direction to change the way our industry works. So here are a few extra details about your V-Neck Jumper:

  • It's fully recyclable. If your time together comes to an end, your item can be fully recycled. That said, we'd always recommend repairing and/or handing it down to someone before recycling.
  • It doesn't contain plastic microfibres. Unlike a lot of clothing that sheds microplastics in the wash, it's been designed to minimise its environmental impact. Plastic microfibres are tiny particles that wreak havoc on aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.
  • It doesn't contain hazardous substances. It respects strict European standards aimed at eliminating substances and chemical treatments that could be harmful to you, the environment, and the people who make it.
  • It doesn't contain recycled materials. Sometimes we manage to use recycled materials to further reduce the impact of our clothes. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible in this case.

That’s the lot.

So all in all, your V-Neck Jumper is a pretty low-maintenance character, and if you follow these basic steps, it should be with you for years to come.
