Care Guide for the Smart Raincoat

There are two ways the Smart Raincoat can look good.

- By choosing a smaller size than your usual one to have a more tailored look.

- Or going for your regular size, which will allow you to wear it over your thick knits.

If there’s still some adjustments you’d like, however, we’ve made it so you can take it to your local tailors to have it altered.

If you’re looking to change the sleeve length, you can add or take off 2cm without having to mess with the straps.

You can also make the overall garment length longer by 3cm or shorter by 6cm. You’re going to keep it for a while, so might as well make it just right for you.

Here are a few tips to keep it looking its best.

The only way forward here is going to the dry-cleaners. Once a year should be enough unless you’ve been using it as a tent during your camping trips.

And if you want to give it a little freshen-up at home:

You can remove the dust using a brush or a sponge. Keep it light, nothing too energetic.

Let your Smart Raincoat dry by itself on a hanger, and avoid leaving it in direct sunlight.

It also helps to know that sand can wear or damage the yarn and lead to less effective water repellency. Just give your Raincoat a good shake after a windy walk by the sea, and no rolly-pollies in the sand.
