Care guide for the Ideal Shorts

Your Classic Shorts

Finally, summer’s signalling to your calves that a bit of light relief is around the corner. To take a bit of weight off your shoulders - and calves alike - here are a few tips to take care of your Classic Shorts.

Your Classic Shorts are made from a very durable fabric but the less they are exposed to a spin cycle in the wash, the better they’ll last and the fewer fibres will end up in the ocean. That’s true for all garments.

1 - Washing

Turn your Shorts inside out and wash on a cold cycle (30°C max) with similar colours.

2 - Drying

We recommend drying them al fresco, preferably in the shade or in a well-ventilated area, rather than in the tumble dryer. That’s better for your clothes, the planet and your energy bill.

3- Ironing

Good news, that’s all up to you. But if ironing’s your thing, we suggest turning the shorts inside out and using the low heat - 110°C max or a tad higher if you went for the linen version. Also, avoid ironing over seams as it can also scorch the fabric.

That’s all from us. We hope you enjoy catching the rays in your Classic Shorts.
