Care guide for the Good Cardigan
So you did it, you took the plunge. Congrats. You'll see, life in a cardigan is really something else.
Now we have 2-3 tips for you on how to make sure your cardigan stays with you for as long as possible.
Washing it
Cardigans are normally worn with a layer underneath so you don't have to wash them all that regularly. A wash every 15-20 wear should do the trick, especially if you hang it up to air outdoors from time to time to freshen it up. It really does make a big difference.
Before sticking it in the wash, we recommend putting it in a washing net (or pillowcase), to avoid friction with other clothes and the drum. A pesky zipper or rivet could easily pull a stitch, which would be a shame.
Then set the wash to 30°C with a maximum spin speed of 400 rpm, and you'll find it fresh as a whistle.

Drying it
You know the drill by now: if you hang your cardigan while it’s still soaking wet, you can be sure that your cardigan loose its shape. So lay it flat, preferably away from direct sunlight, to avoid the dye fading in places.
