Wool with a touch of magic
To get it absolutely spot on, we partnered with one of the finest spinners in Italy. Their 19.5-micron merino is just spot on. It's so soft and light, you might even forget you've got it on until you wonder why you're not cold. No itching, no scratching - just pure natural softness and temperature control, all day long.
You might think calling it a Merino Base Layer lacks imagination, but that's kind of the point. It fits so neatly, never clings and never restricts that just you'll never have to think about it. Wear it solo or as an underlayer; you won't want to do without it.
The fan favourite collar
When it comes to letdowns, most of you first pointed to a major culprit: weak collars. Well, it so happens we doubled down on our collar - quite literally. To make sure that it keeps its shape even after very many spins in the wash, we reinforced ours with an extra band of fabric that holds its shape, wash after wash.
Naturally odour-resistant
Nature knows what it's doing. Merino wool naturally contains lanolin, a substance that keeps bacteria and stubborn smells at arm's length. In plain English: you can wear this base layer multiple times in a row without offending anyone's olfactory sense. A serious plus when life's too busy to be washing everything after every outing. Just hang up overnight, and no one's the wiser.
